LG G2 Review

The LG G2 is no doubt expensive but worthy of its price and quality. It provides a magical door to a new definition of home cinema that was not possible before. The experience may be confused for a real cinema. It is the perfect all-rounder for the family with eye-popping cinema quality 4k that is processed by the alpha 9 gen 5 chip, resulting in an unmissable experience backed by great pumped sound that is class-leading in terms of built-in speakers. Additionally, it provides a smooooth gaming experience through 4K at 120hz with OLED blacks and excellent processing from Alpha 9 Gen 5, creating an immersive experience/reality. The setup was easy, although a tutorial of the picture settings would have been nice and is quite lacking; the current implementation of each setting being explained when you hover the cursor over it, isn't enough. The tv has a powerful panel and beastly chip, which most users would love to take full advantage of. Thus, it would have been nice to see a tutorial of how to change each picture quality setting to make them work well in conjunction. The option of an included stand instead of the wall mount is also lacking and it would of been nice to be able to choose one of them when checking out out without having to spend another $300 to get the original OEM one. The management and upscaling of live tv is a bit poor for the price and should be improved. Additionally, the cursor sometimes takes a while to disappear, it would be nice to be able to click the back button or shake the controller to make the cursor disappear. WebOS is mostly well optimised, and the magic remote is excellent. It would be nice to see improvement in the LG ThinkQ voice recognition system. Furthermore, it would be good to see how much storage and ram is used in the settings. The AI sound system is great, although it still needs improvement. Overall, I would definitely recommend this tv.
