Pixel 7a Charcoal 128 GB
Premium phone for a budget…

The Pixel 7a is a fantastic mid-range phone which offers massive value for the price. Your experience begins with clean and easy to use Android 13 with a simple method of connecting your old device with the Pixel and copying your data. This is effortless.
Without a doubt it packs a premium camera, the same as found on the flagship Pixel 7. It captures magnificent photos and really can’t be beaten at this price point. It does however lack the telephoto lens, despite this, pictures at 2x zoom are still comparable to midrange phones that have a telephoto lens. Simply due to how good the main camera is. The front facing camera is quite wide so you and all your friends can fit into selfies, great quality too.
The camera’s software is unmatched, Night Sight, Portrait mode are amazing. Face Unblur and Magic eraser is absolutely wizardry but on occasion does produce some odd results.
Stock Android is clean and neat, showcasing how Google intended the experience to be, so far it is flawless. You’ll get the latest security updates and features. Notification handling is also superb and call screening is super effective and useful in the current environment of spam callers. However, stock Android does lack some features that I was used to on other Android user interfaces.
Consuming content is enjoyable, the sound is good, and the screen is crispy. The 90Hz refresh rate is a bonus especially on a phone in this price range. Coming from a premium phone, the side bezel was noticeable but is comparable to other phones in this range.
The in-screen fingerprint sensor is a bonus and works really well, as does face unlock.
The Pixel 7a is a premium phone with little concessions yet a significantly lower price. Unless you are looking for high-end, bleeding edge technology, I would highly recommend the Pixel 7a.
Note: I received this item at a reduced price for my honest opinion
