Samsung The Freestyle
I love The Freestyle

My first impression on opening the box of The Freestyle from Samsung was just how small the unit was. I could not believe that this new style of projector would be able to live up to everything promised, but I have been blown away.
Initial setup was easy using the Smart Things app and it was literally running in about 3 minutes. I already own a Samsung TV, so the Smart Tizen interface was familiar to me but will is so user friendly that instructions are not needed.
All of your favourite viewing apps are there, including Amazon Prime and Netflix. Decide on your viewing surface, direct The Freestyle toward it and the unit analyses the angles. It’s automatic keystone will produce a perfect rectangular picture, and focus the High Definition picture. There is nothing more to do. You’re now watching your content, whether video or one of the ambient picture scenes.
The built in speaker throws sound at 360’ which is crystal clear and much louder than expected.
The unit is powered by a small and convenient USB C plug and cable, and the addition of The Freestyle Carry Case means that the projector is easily packed when travelling.
I have been testing all of the features of The Freestyle over the last week and have found it can be utilised in so many situations for entertainment, work and decorative purposes.
I absolutely love The Freestyle and everyone I have shown it to has wanted one of their own. I believe The Freestyle size, versatility and ease of use will bring home projection to more people who thought the possibility would be untidy and expensive.
