I was so pleased to be chosen to take part in this campaign. I received the I-robot and put it on to charge straight away. When I tried to use it sadly it was faulty. I contacted the insiders who in turn asked me to contact I-Robot direct. After providing videos and error messages they arranged a return label and then a new one to be sent.
I would have added testimonials and updates had I not sadly had the faulty I-robot.
I have charged the new one and love it! My doggy thinks it is a bit too noisy. I love the way it goes under the sofas and tv unit. We have an open plan so it cleans the whole area. It does get stuck in places at times, but is rectified when correcting it. I am amazed how much dirt was on the floor. I wish I had spent the extra and upgraded to the self emptying one now.
It is great and the fact you can programme the route it takes, plan it to clean certain rooms is also a bonus. Once all the Christmas decs are cleared away I think it will work seamlessly.
I would recommend this, as I said I should have got the self emptying one.
The experience was a little overshadowed by the start. But if only reviewing the item that was replaced then I would give it 9/10. The reason for the deductions the amount of noise it makes.
