First impressions last…

One of the things that irritates me the most is complications in setting up a device and it’s where the first impressions are made. However, the packaging and setup of this printer aces in everything as the experience of it is so satisfying with given instructions. You can easily pull out the printer from the box with a handle, all smaller components are well packed and placed in the box. There is a European adapter as well as the British which is nice to see.
The setting up of the printer is flawless as I used both the Smart app and physical instruction guide simultaneously, simply straightforward. I was a bit cautious while filling up the ink tanks thinking about a leak, but it went quite smooth with nozzles and I saved the leftover Black bottle ink for later. Lastly, I just printed the page, scanned it for calibration and it was ready. I had no issues with wifi connection at all.
I bought the printer as my needs for printer increased due to working at home partially. Also I often require ID printing so that feature really is important to me. I would have hoped for faster printing speed but as long as the quality is acceptable, I am fine with the end results and the smart ease of use from iPhone. I had an old HP printer so this is a good upgrade to smart/wireless. There was annoying beeping sound with the printer early on and I could not really figure it out whether it was an issue with the printer (like head adjustments) or it just exists. I turned on/off the printer a few times and I have not heard the beep ever since. The printer definitely shakes more than my old printer because that was quite heavy, so I had to move this to a more sturdier platform.
Overall, I think it was a smart investment to buy this printer as it gives economical printing value and smart features are essential for new devices these days.
