The orange gummies are nice but after purchasing there peach Optifibre without VIT D, the orange taste is a bit let down, it's too mild and tastes synthetic. I'm always fortifying my foods with inulin powder which is the same thing as this but obviously not a glorious gummy. I take over 10 grams of fibre supplemented so for me, these bottles can become very expensive. I would need 3 bottles a month to provide 30% of my daily intake a day. I eat a well balanced diet but even then it's still hard to hit you micro nutrients and the reason I got these. I think they are great for beginners or for people who are on a high fibre balanced diet and just need a few more grams then this is great for them. I also think it's great for the elderly because VIT D is so essential and fibre can help prevent C.diff which is notorious painful and annoying experience for anyone who's developed an outbreak infection. For me personally I just don't like the orange and prefer their peach so they lose a star for taste, and another enough gummies for those on high dosages. If you intend to high dose which is labeled 6 on the bottle just ensure you increase over weeks and don't go from 2 to 6 in a day or week, also increase water drinking. Great for beginners, especially the elderly but not for me.
