Not easy pill to swallow..…

I'm sharing my experience with this Blackmore's vitality supplement, after trying it for 2 weeks...
*First impressions*
Each capsule looks like an oversized plump raisin; don't seem to be the soft gel type! No objectionable smell though.
*Usage experience*
I found it harder to swallow given the capsule's shape and size :( A lingering discomfort was felt in the throat, even after downing lots of water!
But I'm hopeful after a few days I'll be fully adjusted, not for this to become a dread.
*Effects*
I have a habit of taking afternoon naps, even when lunch has been light. So it was refreshing that after taking these capsules for a week or so, that sleepiness was gone!
Another noticeable difference is that I started waking earlier in the morning, not feeling as tired as to laze in bed longer.
Energy level wise, so far I'm not experiencing any marked change.
One thing that is unusual is the two days of headache upon first consumption of the supplement. It could have been an initial reaction to some ingredients in the capsule.
*My evaluation and thoughts*
As a person going into the 60s, keeping active throughout the day continues to be a desirable objective.
Thus, this Blackmore's supplement can be useful in that less tiredness and more alertness are felt during mid-day. Which leads to more meaningful use of day time.
So in my case, that seems to be how the vitality benefit of the pill has manifested.
I would gladly recommend this product to seniors who tend to be sleepy heads like I once used to be :)
