Fantastic service and product

This write-up will document the first part of my testimonial and feedback for LG.
I received a text message from LG regarding the delivery date and time on the 23rd of May. The point of contact was extremely polite, and they do not sound like any other service provider I've encountered. I felt like I was communicating with a friend instead. This first point of contact already gave me a very positive vibe about LG's service.
Two days later, the delivery men came back to install my TV on the wall. The installation was quick and straightforward. Of course, drilling was done, but they ensured the delivery men did not mess up my place. They even offered to install my soundbar and Popsicle voluntarily. I am very thankful because it was not within my expectations. Following, they also patiently explain to me every single function the TV has and how to use the LG Magic Remote. More importantly, they did not know this set was for wom campaigns, and all their service was genuine and sincere.
The experience so far with the TV has been excellent. The picture quality, the ultra-thin bezel, and the sleek body that sticks almost flatly onto my wall made me want to sit on my sofa and watch the TV the whole day.
To conclude, nothing about the TV has been below my expectation. On the contrary, they have been above and beyond.
Update (13th June):
This is an update after using the TV for almost a month.
LG uses WebOS instead of the more popular Android. What I liked about the new interface was the clean look when I pressed the "Home" button. In addition, app icons are neatly arranged at the bottom of the screen. However, the drawback is that I feel that the app icons are too small and highlighted contents are mainly irrelevant to the shows I watch.
The "Always Ready" function is also really cool. I can choose to do a slideshow of my photos or download pre-loaded artwork as a form of "screen savers" when I press the "Standby" button once. Coupled with the super slim design, my LG TV does look like a painting on the wall. It gives my living room a neat and clean look, almost MUJI.
My TV is connected to Sonos Arc, and being Dolby Atmos ready, I got to enjoy cinema-like moments when I stream 4K films on my favourite Netflix and Disney+ apps. Moreover, the connection was fuss-free as it is almost "plug-and-play".
