Excellent addition to my…

My family consists of a husband, 6 year old daughter, and a German Shedder...I mean Shepherd and we live in a two story carpeted and tiled home. Cleaning is a never-ending task to say the very least. I knew German Shepherds shed, but I guess I never really knew until I had one of my very own. We already own an upright and robot vacuum to help combat the hair, but the robot doesn't do stairs and the upright is too heavy and corded to do the job properly. Plus, there are many crevices that just can't be reached by either, so I figured it was time for a cordless, lightweight, handheld vacuum to round out the brigade of vacuums.
Enter the Samsung Jet 60 Fit Cordless Stick Vacuum that I got at a discounted rate in exchange for sharing my honest opinion with those who will take the time to read. Here is what I've learned after using for a few weeks:
Pros:
- It is extremely light and easy to handle with even one hand (see the video where I'm holding my phone with one hand and vacuuming my forever shedding pup with the other hand).
- It can be mounted to the wall to get out of your way and keep things tidy.
- The extra pieces click into the wall mount when not in use which is extremely convenient. I can't stand when they just sit there because they can be easily knocked off and lost.
- The suction is powerful and when vacuuming the floor you can literally feel it grab the wall as you get close to it.
- I can finally vacuum my stairs with ease and the nozzle attachment makes it to where I can actually get in the stair crevices.
- It works great for getting in the corners of windows and behind furniture such as the TV.
- It offers different levels of suctioning power.
- No need to buy bags as it fills in a canister to dump.
- It charges very quickly.
-I rarely ever use my broom in the kitchen any more because it's easier and quicker just to grab the vacuum to clean up messes and discarded dog hair.
Cons:
- It does not hold the charge as long when used on the high setting (my favorite setting).
- It only comes with one of the additional attachments (I know I can buy the other, but I wish it just came with it).
- Sometimes it can be difficult to click the canister back into place after emptying. One time it fell off because I thought I had heard the click, but apparently I did not.
All in all, I would (and have) recommend this product to all of my family and friends. It really has become a must have for my collection being so lightweight and easy to maneuver.
