A nice & portable CD/DVD player and recorder. true plug-in Play, no hiccups whatsoever.
Recording on a CD or DVD is easy, quick, and no issues. However, M-disc support is only limited to M-disc DVD, which limited to 4.7GB space.
Portability: Easy to carry
Disc Open Button: very sensitive but clear tactical feel
Disc recording: tested several disc types and two different burn-in modes. No errors and burned solid discs. The speed is somewhat fast (10-30%) compared to other models (no brand).
Build-quality: Lightweight and feel solid. All plastic, but, no wiggly areas, all solid and firm.
The door opens quickly and the locking mechanism works fine.
Usages: As a part of old (in some sense, fading away technology), but, greater for the specific purpose, data backup, burning CDs or DVDs for home video or audio archive.
Pros:
-Easy to connect and use
-Instantaneous response on disc reading/identification, USB plug-in Play
-Strong door opening mechanism
-Slimmest one and lightweight
-No hiccups with windows 10
Cons:
-M-Disk is limited to M-Disk DVD (4.7GB max), not for Bluray M-discs
-Still using an old USB port, might be changing it to USB-C?
-Technology and usage are getting fade away
-Detachable case (good and bad)
