While it is quite an impressive beauty, the new Samsung Bespoke misses the mark on a few points. I have mainly wood floors and the soft brush part of the head is such a thin piece that it has very little impact, therefore I find myself going over and over the same spots to pick up dust and debris. This is probably much better on carpets, whereas if there was an attachment that's sole purpose was wood/tile floors like the Samsung Jetstick provides, it would be much more effective. Combining the tools renders the one nearly useless. The head itself is also quite narrow, I feel like it is a child's vacuum sometimes. The dust cup is like my coffee cup and with my two longhair cats in the house, I find myself making frequent trips back to the clean station for emptyting.
The clean station itself however is a huge upgrade. It has strong suction and gets all of that pesky hair and dust out every time. I am quite impressed! The vacuum is quiet and has decent suction, though I find myself almost always needing to use max suction and therefore both batteries for half the house. Then I need to switch to my other vacuum while these batteries charge back up, which is not the ideal situation for a small homeowner with limited space. I had the mop attachment and it doesn't work any better with this vacuum than it did with the other model. I think that there are some great ideas here, but this just doesn't feel strong or sturdy to me. I don't think it would last more than a couple years without issues and that makes me nervous with such a hefty price tag,
