LG Projector

The LG Projector is a good entry-level projector. It has enough features that makes a person need more. The small footprint is great for carrying around to use for outdoor or kids' rooms.
The projector is not very bright in the daylight or even with blinds closed unless you have blackout shades to mostly darken your room. The colors tend to wash out as the brightening of the room occurs.
The interface is nice and easy to navigate after a few minutes. The available apps are numerous but does fall short of the typical that every provider has today. But luckily this can be corrected in future updates if they so choose. The typical LG dashboard is similar to other LG televisions.
The sound is lacking, but is no different than most these days. It is easy to sync a Bluetooth speaker to it for use in a non-permanent setting, but it also has ports for a hard-wired connection.
It is almost useless without a screen to project on with the lumens being 450, but with a screen, it is a bit brighter but not enough to easily be seen in a partially lit room.
The remote does lack a lot. All of the buttons are there and can easily be learned, but it is infrared and you must point it almost directly at it in order to get any response. You cannot hide it in an enclosure due to this fact.
It is a good entry-level projector for anyone needing something for those evening events because at night it has a great crisp clear picture. I am looking forward to being able to actually use it in a setting that makes perfect sense, outdoors.
The size of it makes it ideal for setting up poolside at night to enjoy the pool and watch your favorite movie, if you have it on the right app and a Bluetooth speaker nearby to hear it.
