Very Informative Consultation!

After I received my test results, it gave me the option to schedule a consultation with a breast consultant online. The scheduling system let me select what days of the weeks and time periods (mornings or afternoons) would work best for me, although it would not allow me to select specific times though. A day later, I received an email notice indicating that an appointment was scheduled the following Friday at 8am MST. The time happened to work for me, but I’m not sure what I would have done if I needed to reschedule it except for the support email that was included in the message. Two days before the consultation, I received another e-mail with a Zoom link from the Customer Support manager.
At the time of the Zoom call, I clicked on the link on the computer and was connected with an RN, who reviewed my test results and answered my questions in a helpful manner. The consultant was friendly and professional and seemed very knowledgable about what the test results meant. We had some technical difficulties during the call (we couldn’t hear each other at one point and I had to re-log in) but she sent a follow-up email right after to apologize for the technical difficulties.
