Big upgrade

We had a 55" TV for about 12 years. It was great when we bought it but there's so many updates to TVs now and what they can do. When I saw the 75" LG QNED TV with 4k and UHD I actually had to look up what some of that stuff meant. It all sounded cool but how would it perform?
The big day arrived when I new TV was delivered. It weighs about 75 lbs without the stand. I immediately noticed how much thinner it was compared to our old TV. After getting it on the mount it was time to set it up.
Set up was fairly easy to do. You have a choice to set it up on the TV, via an app, or through a computer. We chose to set it up on the TV. My only complaint with that was the "ok" button is in the middle of the "wheel" button and when trying to input things if you hit the wheel it would kick you out of the place you were trying to input. Other than that, setting up the brightness levels, contrast, etc. was pretty easy. It's easy to download apps like Amazon, DIsney+, etc (just make sure you have your passwords ready)
I also love that this TV has 4 HDMI ports, and 2 USB ports great for hooking up game systems, fire sticks, etc. Though you don't really need the fire stick because you can download the apps right to your tv.
As a smart TV, you can download all your fave apps/subscriptions: Netflix, Hulu, Tubi, Fubo, etc. We got rid of cable a while ago. Oh and I should also mention the TV works with your virtual assistants like Amazon Alexa, Hey Google, and Apple AirPlay 2
This TV has other modes and setting we've only begun to explore like game optimizer and filmmaker. I had the opportunity to watch my team play this past weekend and the seamless picture quality is amazing. I can't wait to host our annual big game party
