Nice little starter quad

Purchased this for my toddler who's just turning two.
She initially was scared of it because the motor on it is loud (though I wouldn't say excessive but about as loud as any other motor bike/car for kids). I assumed because this is smaller it would be a little more quiet but it isn't. Again, not what I'd call an issue really just wanted to share it.
After easing her into it by letter her play with the horn button for a few days, then just sitting on it for a few days and now she can drive it around.
The unboxing was very easy. My only complaint was initially I thought it was missing the charger because mine had no manual/instructions or anything. Was just a bike in the box.
Well, after opening the seat (because I saw it had a screw part) I found the charger inside and the book. The charging design is kind of cheap. You have to unplug the battery each time to plug the charger into it. You also have to be careful as the charger isn't a smart one or really regulated and can overcharge/damage the battery. The book warns how long to charge and not to charge beyond a certain time frame. Would be nicer with a smarter charger like phones and other everyday devices where they will stop charging... My rechargeable AA are smart enough to stop even...
The build quality seems decent but it is a very simple design.
In our home it's not able to actually move without weight on it because the one wheel just spins due to the overall weight of the unit (which isn't heavy/bad).
This seems to be because it has 1 small motor in it (you will see it when getting the charger out of it and hooking the battery up) and that motor is only connected to one wheel.
I guess in the grand scheme that's fine because a kid sitting adds weight and the front steering ensures it goes straight.
It has a lot of room inside the area for the battery and it's a shame they didn't use a larger capacity battery and take advantage of that room to make it last longer. Might be something you can upgrade yourself once this one wears out in future years.
Our kid enjoys counting the dots on it and likes Mickey type things so overall loves it and we do too. I think it makes a great first motor item for a kid because it's not too expensive and is simple.
I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion.
