Its a great washer. They…

I have had a week to test it out now. I decided to put it through the full ringer. I washed towels, sheets, blankets, Jackets (winter), I even put in some garage rags that I use for detailing as well as some small bathroom carpets.
PROS: The AI sensing mode is amazing. It detects when i put in dirty stuff, when i put in towels or whatever and changes the mode to work. The AI mode seems to transfer to the dryer which seems to ALMOST adequately dry 90% of my items. The Cool Dry seems to use less energy which I love. I can check this because I have solar on my house and I can see what the house is using for energy.
Cons: the "Auto dispensing drawer" still doesn't work. I had one in my samsung washer that was about 7 years old and kicking the bucket. I filled it with free and clear fabric softener and the same amount of softener is still in there that I put in when i got the washer. I feel its just going to sit there and mold over like the last time. The problem is now I have no idea how to get that stuff out without wasting it. I'm just going to stick with the PODS and forget the fabric softener. I tried getting hold of samsung support but got bounced around to find the correct representative for the washer dryer combo. The dryer COOL mode does NOT dry blankets and towels well at all. They always come out slightly moist so I have to re-run them on high heat timed dry for 20 Minutes.
All in all everything has come out amazingly much cleaner especially since i try to stick with cold water washing and using cold water pods. The AI is so amazing in it and the notifications on my smart things is great.
The last part. I think the unit is Supposed to be green. It looks like 3 shades of green and 1 shade of grey depending on the part you look at.
All in all I knowing how to use the machine properly I would recommend it with the stipulations and have already recommended it.
